The Experience
As you enter the garden, you’ll choose your resting spot. From there, Jamie will guide you on a restorative sound journey where you will connect to your senses, set an intention and soften into deep rest.
As we wake from a dream state, we’ll slowly make our way to the table to enjoy fruit, cake, and tea while Celina gives us a tutorial on hand building with clay.
Then, with a little imagination and intention we will create a small vessel or object, perhaps a keepsake, to hold meaning and remind us of something every time we see it in our home or hold it in our hands.
* Your clay piece will need to be glazed and fired after the event and will be available for pick up a few weeks later.
WHEN WE
REST
OUR IMAGINATION AWAKENS AND WE ENTER A FLOW STATE
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by all the possibilities or frozen in perfectionism, simply resting has the power to soften the mind and open clear channels to your creativity. When the body is tense, guarded, or still running the day's to-do list, the mind defaults to what it already knows. Sound and visualization work together to release that hold, easing the body out of alert and into rest, and the mind out of familiar patterns and into intuition, play, and original thought.
CLAY
AS MEMORY, AS SYMBOL
Working with clay by hand is one of the oldest human practices there is. Long before pottery wheels or kilns as we know them, cultures shaped clay by hand into vessels and figures carrying meaning far beyond their use. Clay's malleability made it a natural material for shaping sacred objects, its capacity to be formed and reformed echoing old beliefs that people, too, could be shaped and grown through ritual and practice. Because clay can be endlessly moistened, reshaped, and started over, it has long carried associations with renewal and the possibility of beginning again.

Deeply moved by the beauty of the natural world she creates small-batch hand built ceramics and fiber designs using nature, texture, and vintage finds, each piece made slowly and by hand rather than produced quickly, imperfect and raw the way nature itself is. Her hope is that her work connects you to the earth and inspires care for it and its people.
