I'm a sound healing practitioner, meditation guide, and ethereal vocalist based in Portland, Oregon.
I design community sound baths and private sound healing sessions - both in person and virtually - that guide you into deeper realms of rest, reflection, and renewal. I truly believe that when we gift ourselves the space and stillness to soften and process our experiences, we find greater capacity to transform and move through discomfort - and show up in our lives with more compassion, clarity, and ease.
Sound is ancient medicine - a powerful portal to the heart's deepest desires and our way home to our most authentic selves. When paired with intention and a space to rest in, the body can recover and recalibrate. Research has shown that sound waves can influence cellular structures and even genetic expression, supporting physical healing from the inside out.

What is Vocal Toning?
vocal toning is a sound healing technique using sustained vocal sounds, like vowels or simple tones. the vibrations create a calming and balancing effect throughout the body. unlike singing, toning emphasizes the resonance of specific sounds. research shows it positively impacts mental and physical health, releasing endorphins to elevate mood and reduce stress, and oxytocin, promoting trust and bonding—especially in communal settings. physically, it strengthens lungs and improves posture by encouraging deep breathing, reducing tension, and potentially lowering blood pressure.
